Third Arm Technologies (“Third Arm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered answering, call routing, call summaries, transcripts, and related account services.   • Call-related data, including caller number, call audio, transcripts, summaries, timestamps, routing outcomes, prompts, and intake details.

  • Provide, operate, maintain, secure, monitor, and improve the Third Arm service.
  • Route calls, generate transcripts and summaries, power dashboards, and deliver operational notifications.

Model Improvement and AI Training

We may use call recordings, transcripts, summaries, prompts, metadata, and related service data to develop, fine-tune, evaluate, monitor, and improve our AI answering, routing, analytics, and customer service systems. Where feasible, we may de-identify or aggregate data before such use. Customers should avoid providing highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the requested service.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us deliver hosting, telephony, communications, billing, analytics, security, and related service functions, or when disclosure is required for fraud prevention, legal process, safety, or compliance.

Retention

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Third Arm website, software, dashboards, AI answering, call routing, transcripts, summaries, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the service, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, submit false information, or use the service in a way that harms Third Arm, its providers, or other users.

AI-Assisted Call Handling

The service uses AI systems to answer calls, route calls, generate transcripts and summaries, and process customer instructions. The service may record, transcribe, summarize, analyze, and store call-related data in order to operate and improve the platform.

Customer Content and Permissions

You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to submit your business information, prompts, workflows, and other customer content to the service, and to instruct Third Arm to process call-related information on your behalf.

No Guaranteed Results

Third Arm works to provide reliable AI-assisted answering and routing, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every call, transcript, summary, or workflow outcome will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Third Arm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of the website or service.

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means the revised Terms apply.
